Leather is a natural material whose durability, texture and beauty make it one of the most popular materials on today's market. All of the natural range markings are visible - a subtle assurance that distinguishes real leather from imitation.

 
Care of Leathers and Suedes.
 
Capri or Empire Leather 

To clean leather, choose a mild leater cleaner that will help preserve the natural lubricating oils instead of stripping them. The cleaner should not leave any greasy residue behind. Before applying cleaner, test it for effect and possible color distortion on an inconspicuous area.

Fresh stains from things such as blood and food can be cleaned up quickly with a damp cloth. Stains from oil or grease can be lifted by grinding ordinary blackboard chalk, sprinkling the area, and leaving the powder on for a twenty-four hour period. Resist the urge to rub the powder in. Use a leather care brush to remove the powder.

 
Suede 
 
General care instructions for suede include brushing the nap lightly with a soft suede brush to remove loose dirt and soil. Stains can be removed by blotting with a warm soap and water solution. After the leather is thoroughly dry, lightly brush again. Never apply polish, or oils to suede leathers. Suede will darken slightly with usage.

*Please note that if a water repellent agent has been applied to the suede, we recommend only cleaning the suede with a soft suede brush to remove loose dirt and soil. Professional dry cleaning will remove the water repellent coating.
 
Metallic/ Croco Calfskin
 
This soft distressed leather is ideal for unstructured shapes. Marks are expected to show as the leather ages enhancing its natural look.
 
How can I order as an individual?
 
As an individual we encourage you to review our site pages, you may pay by credit card,visa, mastecard or american express. We also honor paypal, money orders and personal checks. However merchandise will only be shipped out as soon as the check has clear. 
 
Which is Grace & Co Repair Policy?
 
Grace & Co.will gladly handle any repairs that are a result of manufacturing defects, but not result of wear and tear. Repairs must be authorized by email at returns@graceandcompanie.com or by fax at 702-262-0897.

How can I order from Grace & Co.if I own a retail business?
 
If you own a retail business just go to the Wholesale section and register to request a catalog.
Orders can be email to order@graceandcompanie.com. Or by emailing an introductory letter to info@graceandcompany.com   Please provide your company's name, address,telephone number, EIN number, owner's name, and request a catalog, or order form. You may also reach us by ,phone ,fax under the contact information page.
 
As a wholesaler we require orders of a minimum of $500.00 USD. We do not require certain amount of style or color. You may mix and match throughout our line to reach  the minimum.
Orders usually ship with 10-14 days. Our Handbags our made to order and we need to allow for international shipping. If shipping takes longer someone from our office will contact you to coordinate availability. Please review your invoice when you receive your shipment . All items not shipped from original order, will be backordered. It is the customer responsability to cancel any back ordered items.
 
Shipping: All orders are shipped via UPS ground, unless otherwise noted by the customers. Please notify on the order form if a faster service is required for you order.
All shipments are automatically insured against the invoice amount, and orders above $500.USD require signature confirmation.
 
Return Policy and exchanges:
 
If you are not satisfied with Grace & Co. products, you can return them within 7 days of receipt. Returns must be authorized either by email returns@graceandcompanie.com or by phone 1-702-591-2958 prior to returning the items. Products return must be in unused conditions and with original tags and packaging. Grace & Co will credit back the money to your credit card minus a 10% restocking fee. Shipping cost are not refundable.   
 
Which is Grace & Co. Charge Policy for online orders?
 
After you place an order and finish the check out process, you will receive an email  with your order # and the total amount to be charged to your credit card. Grace & Co. will send you an email with the expected delivery time and you can decide if you would like to wait or cancel your order.
